Greetings Milwaukee SAE Section members and friends,
Summer is just around the corner and our meeting at Falk will be the last monthly tour/speaker event for the SAE year. It has been an enjoyable year and I hope you enjoyed the events.
Upcoming for the summer months will be our annual Golf Outing, special priced SAE tickets to the June Sprints at Road America, and our 2nd annual cruise night. These are great social activities where you can bring your friends and co-workers along to see what SAE is all about.

The year may be coming to a close, but next year will be here soon and that means the SAE Milwaukee Section is looking for your help! We have two great opportunities for you to help grow your leadership skills and help keep our section active and continue to be the premier engineering society in the area.
The first is our Shadow Program. Are you interested in what being a board member entails? Volunteer to be a shadow and we will pair you up with a board member. You can see what this board member does and help them with some of their tasks through the year. This is a great way to get involved and see what helping out with the Milwaukee SAE Section is all about. Please contact Randy Hoffman for more information.
The second opportunity is our AWIM/STEM initiative. Please consider volunteering to help bring engineering into the classroom for middle and high school students. Did someone spark your interest as a child that led you to a path in engineering? Maybe you can do the same for a young person. This is a great way to have an impact and promote the engineering discipline. Please contact Sid Jain for more information.
I look forward to seeing you at our Falk Event or one of our upcoming summer social events!

Greetings SAE Milwaukee Members,
We have made a slight change in the originally planned event agenda for the 2015 Ford F-150 at Uptown Ford / Dave and Busters to the below to best allow for the presentation of the vehicle from our speaker.
— UPDATED EVENT AGENDA —
Registration / Vehicle Viewing – 5:00 – 6:00pm (Uptown Motors)
—-Uptown has kindly asked us to park in the Dave and Buster’s parking lot for the event as visitor parking may be a little limited and the intersection is a little congested.
Presentation around Vehicle in shop – 6:00 – 6:45pm (Uptown Motors)
—-Devarrio Raines’ award winning presentation on his knowledge of the new vehicle will be conducted around one of the vehicles. Scott Dominski will then touch on the impact this new aluminum structure has to their body shop
—-Uptown will be offering some seating around the vehicle as well as some light refreshments prior to dinner
—-From the conclusion of the presentation we will then transition to Dave and Busters for dinner
Dinner – 7:00 – 8:00pm (Dave and Busters)
—-Dinner will be served at 7:00 and we will conclude the evening with some networking and our final section announcements and host/presenter recognitions.
We appreciate your flexibility to what was originally planned, but think you’ll really enjoy the changes in the presentation method for this event. We look forward to seeing everyone that is already registered and planning on attending.
