With new opportunities and challenges\, Hayes has used a market driven product approach to lead much of their product development. We will take a look at their product portfolio and how this has driven their product development. As an example of this market driven approach\, Hayes will take us through the process of brake product design and testing based on one of their current brake products designed to fill a market need. With extensive engineering\, development\, and test capabilities in house\, we will learn about their product development from start to finish.  \n\n\n\n\nParking Instructions:\n\n\n\n\nPark in the lot circled in green and enter through the main doors on the west side of the building.
