DESCRIPTION:About the Event:\n\n\n\nThe California Air Resources Board (CARB) has long set standards for vehicle emissions. Consolidating five locations\, the new home of the CARB Southern California Consolidation Project (SCCP) will be the largest and most advanced regulatory emissions testing and research facilities in the world – as well as the world’s first zero net energy (ZNE) facility of its type. Affiliated Engineers\, Inc. (AEI) is designing the $368 million\, 380\,000 square-foot facility in Riverside\, CA\, which is set to open in 2021.
